Chief of Police Ronnie J Bryant
A second generation Hazard Police Officer, Chief Bryant was employed by the Hazard Police Department in 1974, and obtained the rank of Chief in March of 2001. He is an active member of the Kentucky Association of Chiefs of Police, and was recently appointed Chairman of the Eastern Region for this organization. Chief Bryant is a graduate of Hazard High School, Hazard Community College, and the University of Kentucky. He and his wife, Alicia, have two daughters: Jennifer and Lindsay.
